Coalescing health and wellness

The Good Samaritan Hospital Master Plan sets forth a new vision for a health-centered district in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida. In collaboration with Easton Street Capital and Tenet Healthcare, VIP HOUSE LLC created a comprehensive framework for a mixed-use development organized around health, wellness, and longevity.

Rather than a single-purpose medical campus, the plan integrates healthcare, residences, and supportive amenities to create a health-centered urban community. The development includes the relocation of the existing Good Samaritan Hospital as well as new luxury condominiums, rentals, retail, and a hotel.

Reimagining a community hospital

At the core of the master plan is a new campus for Good Samaritan Hospital. The project presents an opportunity to uplift the existing facility, built in 1920, into a state-of-the-art medical center that anchors and catalyzes mixed-use growth. As Master Architect, VIP HOUSE LLC led the master planning as well as the programming and concept design for the hospital.

The new hospital is envisioned as an open, community-facing institution with its entrance oriented toward the community and future development. The design supports advanced clinical care, while helping to define a new model for health and wellness in downtown West Palm Beach.
